Lowe was a pioneer in May 2012, when she became the UK's first-ever female broadcaster to cover the FA Cup (a six-hour, live-streamed event) in live broadcast from Wembley Stadium. Lowe was previously employed by Setanta Sports, as both an anchor and journalist. She was the host of the groundbreaking coverage for Football Conference from Setanta Sports between 2007 and 2009. The presenter also been host of Setanta Premier League Studio's Football Matters.

Emma Margaret Tachard Mackey also is known by the name of Emma Mackey and a French-British actor, has recently been praised due to her part in Netflix's Sex Education.
