Ana Isabelle Bio
Ana Isabel Acevedo Aviles was born in Puerto Rico. It is her profession to be a performer as well as a dancer, actress and singer. In December 2007, she launched Por El Amor, and in 2009 she won the Univision award for Viva el Sueno. Ana Isabelle is an award-winning Puerto Rican actor, singer and dancer, as well as song-writer. Her part in Steven Spielberg remake of West Side Story as Rosalia was filmed on location in New York City. Ana Isabelle was part of the seasoned actresses in Laurence Fishburne's Imprisoned and co-starred with Coppola in "Dementia 13". Ana has made her US Television debut in Seasons Of Love opposite Taraji P Henson, Gladys Knight and Method Man and was the first Latina music artist featured in an TNT NBA All Stars commercial in which she and actor Chazz Palminteri paid homage legends from the basketball world with Ana performing "Power" of Kanye West. Her television credits also include Younger Strangers as well as Big Dogs. In addition to her Broadway Worlds Regional Award, she was awarded for her performances as Eva Peron and Anita at the Guthrie Theatre in West Side Story as well as Asolo Repertory Theatre in Evita. Singing to sold out audiences she has graced the stage as a solo artist and has performed duets alongside Gilberto Santa Rosa at Carnegie Hall, Placido Domingo, Jose Feliciano, Luis Fonsi and Citifield singing The Star-Spangled Banner for the NY Mets. Ana Isabelle has three highly popular Latin American and US recordings. She won the hearts of over 30 million Latinos on Viva el Sueno, a Univision reality TV show about music that saw her crowned the hottest Latin star. Billboard Magazine has called Ana Isabelle as an "Artist to be Watching".
